well like no one gets on anymoreee! i miss these days. man FB can get very distracting. i get on the comp so much. ahhh we have our 1st track meet tommorow!! its weird. like it was just sorta nationals. im sooo excited for SUMMER! like really. ahh the sun. im ready to get away from my crazy teachers. ill b sad that im gunna b outta middle school but i dont mind too much. HS seems exciting/fun. NYELA, i miss youu!!! text me sometime!!!! i wonder what its gunna b like running as an intermediate, what if there are like no intermediates!!! blah. but one good thing is all i have to do is the 200&800! and then its SPRING BREAK for meee!!! yayay! it feels like school just started. im gunna try to make money somehow over summer. idunno how tho. more chores? idkk. but somehoww. haha jade, i just realized i hadnt accepted ur friend request on blogger...it said "u kno u havent accepted my request yet.." haha. i didnt know thatt!!! i didnt kno u had to accept friend requests on blogger. whops!! i wonder how long ago u sent that!!! hmm, i so wish i was in hawaii right now or L.A like i was in the summer. just relaxingg. those were the days. well i just wanted to make a new post since i havent in like.....1.2.3.4.5.6.7.. like 6/7 months?! thats a half a year!!! well peace out for love.

106. Aloha.....Mahalo, come again.

lol. aloha meaning=Hello, Mahalo=thank you, come again=come again. its just flows lyk that. so anyways im in hawaii. life is good. i got a 50min massage! :o the sun here is extreemly hot, hotter than spain, hotter than WC and wayy hotter than oakland, lyk X10 hotter. it u go and k=jst lie on the beach, after 15 minutes u will b burt. but my hotel is amazing! i stayed here b4 and its the nicest hotel ive ever been in!!! im taking thousands(not literally, but ALOT!) of pictures cause now i have an obsession. life is good. well thats all for now. ohh and kortni, sling shot is lyk u get in a long line(usually by age group) and u start jogging around the track and wen coach P blows the wistle the person in the back, sprints up to the front(not cutting the person off, making sure there is room) while the other ppl r still jogging. once the person in the back gets to the front, coach p blows his whistle again and the person in the back goes to the front..on..and on, and on..ect. and we usually only do that for a lap tho. ihcvbrnsiadyfrofb *random letters

Oh my frikinn GOSH !!!

kant believe ittt! the track season is officiall over~kinda. wow. this season went by hekka fastt. its lyk hekka good but bad at the same timeee. im glad cause we dont have any hard praktices for awhile. i remembered wen we prakticed in the gym cause it was raining and cold outside, i remember lyk it was yesterday. i remembered, treyvons' head steaming(L.O.L), i remember spring break wen we all thought it was going to B that hot in the summer, and it was kinda cold in the summer. i remember in january wen we just started to do 4by4's for praktice(on wednesday). and then lyk a 200. i remember...... the 3m meet wen we were all devistated that they didnt have any food left besides nacho chips, the 1st meet when autumn forgot to wear her tank top or sumthing(i forget what she forgot, but she forgot sumthingg!), i remember my first day of praktice and how on every1s 1st day of praktice, they never wanna say any stretches cause they Rnt sure if they'll say the wrong one. i remember the look on our faces when coach pittman handed us those (weirdd!)green shorts to wear every wednesday. it stinks that the track season is over, cause we had hekka good times at track praktice, but with those good times, we had to do hard workouts, workouts that almost made us pass out, where our leggs burned and our hearts pounded hard, when we didnt think we could do it, and powered through, lyk the first time doing the 200 sleds. It's like, once u finish ur happy, but u wish u could pass by lyk 20 minutes so that u wouldnt b tired anymore. but at least we all knew we were going though pain together. Im really gunna miss u guyss! i think im comming back next yr but idk wenn. i remember how drasticly our warm-up went faster wen spencer started prakticing with us. well thats all for now, kant wait for the banquet!

104: iLove Gobstoppers!

hiya, sooo today we had the hill. it seemed alot harder than last time, im not really sure why. ohh and the times were off, because coach p was at the bottom and the hurdle coach was at the top at a diff spot, that was farther. at the end i wasnt light headed tho. i still like the hill, idk y. its just easier than lyk a monday or wednesday praktice and its nice to be running somewhere else besides the boring old track. after the hill i went shopping at the stoneridge mall. but i only got to go in lyk 3 stores. and all i got was a ring and a shirt. but the ring is really pretty!!!! and the shirt is cute2. i nvr got to go in2 hollister tho:( . i think we should either go to waterworld, santa cruz, and/or camping. camping would be alotta planning, but it can b done. i like really wanna go to waterworld! im not really sure y, but i have lyk an urge to go there this summer!!!! OO0oohh and yesterday my sister drove me to dinner! well my dad and i. my mom was at a HS reunion. it was hekka scaryyy!!!!:0 cause she trying to praktice driving! cause she has her permit. hmm, any good book u reccomend for me??? oh and kortni, i have wicked. but idk wen ill C u. its weird to think its july! im glad all there is, is nationals left! :D i hope all goes well there! ohh and i still wanna go shopping! lol. well i dont wanna make this post too longgg! so ill chetcha l8r! l8r g8r!

chloe: it shows "0" votes for Great america(u said u voted 4 great america). so im assuming jade voted "santa Cruz". ive always wanted nationals to b in hawaii. it wood b hekka hot tho. but that wood b soo much fun! there woodnt b great malls or anything tho. but they might have movie theaters. and we cood go to the beach!!! that wood b hekka nice! its weird to think all we have is nationals left! omg, im soo mad! im still not dong that well in tripple jump. i keep beating my mark by only a half of an inch! ughhhh! idk how i got a 34 last yr! hmm. im boreddd. txt me! i wonder what ill do todayyyyy. i rlly wanna go shopping cuz i havent in soo longgg!!!!!!!!!!!!!! idk what ill get, i just NEED something. so jade, did u offically make tripple jump? r they gunna take 4 ppl?? i h8 those ppl who red flagged(scratched) us! omg, i scratched soo many times. ughhh! i kinda wish i had a tripple jump pit outside my house, LOL. then, i cood praktice and get one of those measuring tapes to c how far i jumped. no joke, i think i wood praktice. if i was bored or sumthing~! we have the hill this weekend! im soo excited! :D i wonder if it will b as fun as last time. hmmm, yeah well thats all 4 nowww! ohh and we r soo close to beating 3:58! we all just have to get either 59 or 58. its going to b a challenge. i love how coach p was just lyk "ohh and u, youths, u guys need to get to a 3:52". its lyk, ok talk about one step at a time! lol but yeah.

Post 102: Breaking News

ok. so im pretty sure every1 has heard about that police officers trial and how he was guilty of "involentary man slaughter". alot of people are mad Bcuz they think he should be in jail longer than that or b guilty of something lyk "2nd degree murder" or something like that. the officer says he didnt kno that he pulled out his gun, he thought he pulled out his tazer. but im not too sure. This year a police officer came to my school and told my class house hard training was to be a police officer. so i would assume that you would know or be trained to know where your gun is. It is what it is, and there isnt much anyone can do about it although other wish the outsome could be different. Moving to other matters, ohh! i just found out yesterday that i like pesto pasta! i didn't think i liked it b4. but i guess im just the type to try new things~! ohh and for some breaking news.... do u watch the NBA?(men's pro b-ball). do u know who Lebron James is? if u dont, then ur in a whole different world! Lebron to USA, is like the Taj Mahal to India. It's important! he's like micheal jordon...2nd generation! anyways. he's a REALLY good/great/amazing basketball player. and played for the Caliveirs(dont know how to spell that). but further more, has decided to change teams because he wants to win a championship. and had a press conferense today telling every1 what team he is on. he decided to go to "Heat" or "florida". also, the Oregon meet is cancelled! yay. Lastly, top 3 is this weekend! Wishing 4 the best!(starting Tomarro!) its weird how eery week has gone by soooo fasttt! Thats all 4 now! With love, CC.

hae u ever wondered why cheetahs have spots? well if u have....then ur rlly weird, and that has nothing to do with this post, so moving on.... Have u ever wondered what the 7 wonders of the world are? I have! i nvr rlly learned them, like i knew a couple but i always(not rlly always, but sometimes) wondered what they really were. so yesterday i did some research and looked it up(I was bored OK!?!), and this is what i came up with....
