106. Aloha.....Mahalo, come again.

lol. aloha meaning=Hello, Mahalo=thank you, come again=come again. its just flows lyk that. so anyways im in hawaii. life is good. i got a 50min massage! :o the sun here is extreemly hot, hotter than spain, hotter than WC and wayy hotter than oakland, lyk X10 hotter. it u go and k=jst lie on the beach, after 15 minutes u will b burt. but my hotel is amazing! i stayed here b4 and its the nicest hotel ive ever been in!!! im taking thousands(not literally, but ALOT!) of pictures cause now i have an obsession. life is good. well thats all for now. ohh and kortni, sling shot is lyk u get in a long line(usually by age group) and u start jogging around the track and wen coach P blows the wistle the person in the back, sprints up to the front(not cutting the person off, making sure there is room) while the other ppl r still jogging. once the person in the back gets to the front, coach p blows his whistle again and the person in the back goes to the front..on..and on, and on..ect. and we usually only do that for a lap tho. ihcvbrnsiadyfrofb *random letters

Oh my frikinn GOSH !!!

kant believe ittt! the track season is officiall over~kinda. wow. this season went by hekka fastt. its lyk hekka good but bad at the same timeee. im glad cause we dont have any hard praktices for awhile. i remembered wen we prakticed in the gym cause it was raining and cold outside, i remember lyk it was yesterday. i remembered, treyvons' head steaming(L.O.L), i remember spring break wen we all thought it was going to B that hot in the summer, and it was kinda cold in the summer. i remember in january wen we just started to do 4by4's for praktice(on wednesday). and then lyk a 200. i remember...... the 3m meet wen we were all devistated that they didnt have any food left besides nacho chips, the 1st meet when autumn forgot to wear her tank top or sumthing(i forget what she forgot, but she forgot sumthingg!), i remember my first day of praktice and how on every1s 1st day of praktice, they never wanna say any stretches cause they Rnt sure if they'll say the wrong one. i remember the look on our faces when coach pittman handed us those (weirdd!)green shorts to wear every wednesday. it stinks that the track season is over, cause we had hekka good times at track praktice, but with those good times, we had to do hard workouts, workouts that almost made us pass out, where our leggs burned and our hearts pounded hard, when we didnt think we could do it, and powered through, lyk the first time doing the 200 sleds. It's like, once u finish ur happy, but u wish u could pass by lyk 20 minutes so that u wouldnt b tired anymore. but at least we all knew we were going though pain together. Im really gunna miss u guyss! i think im comming back next yr but idk wenn. i remember how drasticly our warm-up went faster wen spencer started prakticing with us. well thats all for now, kant wait for the banquet!

104: iLove Gobstoppers!

hiya, sooo today we had the hill. it seemed alot harder than last time, im not really sure why. ohh and the times were off, because coach p was at the bottom and the hurdle coach was at the top at a diff spot, that was farther. at the end i wasnt light headed tho. i still like the hill, idk y. its just easier than lyk a monday or wednesday praktice and its nice to be running somewhere else besides the boring old track. after the hill i went shopping at the stoneridge mall. but i only got to go in lyk 3 stores. and all i got was a ring and a shirt. but the ring is really pretty!!!! and the shirt is cute2. i nvr got to go in2 hollister tho:( . i think we should either go to waterworld, santa cruz, and/or camping. camping would be alotta planning, but it can b done. i like really wanna go to waterworld! im not really sure y, but i have lyk an urge to go there this summer!!!! OO0oohh and yesterday my sister drove me to dinner! well my dad and i. my mom was at a HS reunion. it was hekka scaryyy!!!!:0 cause she trying to praktice driving! cause she has her permit. hmm, any good book u reccomend for me??? oh and kortni, i have wicked. but idk wen ill C u. its weird to think its july! im glad all there is, is nationals left! :D i hope all goes well there! ohh and i still wanna go shopping! lol. well i dont wanna make this post too longgg! so ill chetcha l8r! l8r g8r!

Post 102: Breaking News

ok. so im pretty sure every1 has heard about that police officers trial and how he was guilty of "involentary man slaughter". alot of people are mad Bcuz they think he should be in jail longer than that or b guilty of something lyk "2nd degree murder" or something like that. the officer says he didnt kno that he pulled out his gun, he thought he pulled out his tazer. but im not too sure. This year a police officer came to my school and told my class house hard training was to be a police officer. so i would assume that you would know or be trained to know where your gun is. It is what it is, and there isnt much anyone can do about it although other wish the outsome could be different. Moving to other matters, ohh! i just found out yesterday that i like pesto pasta! i didn't think i liked it b4. but i guess im just the type to try new things~! ohh and for some breaking news.... do u watch the NBA?(men's pro b-ball). do u know who Lebron James is? if u dont, then ur in a whole different world! Lebron to USA, is like the Taj Mahal to India. It's important! he's like micheal jordon...2nd generation! anyways. he's a REALLY good/great/amazing basketball player. and played for the Caliveirs(dont know how to spell that). but further more, has decided to change teams because he wants to win a championship. and had a press conferense today telling every1 what team he is on. he decided to go to "Heat" or "florida". also, the Oregon meet is cancelled! yay. hii! im on blogger. umm idk wat to post tho. ughh. we have the hill this week. is it hard? ive nvr gone. ppl used to over exaggerate and sayy its was horrible, the hardest praktice ever. but then jade told me it wasnt that bad. is it as steep as ur hill chloe? and how long is it?(the oart u have to run) and do u get timed and stuff? tell me all the details. im about to go play mario kart. i luv that game on the wii!! im suppR good at it too! im also glad its summR! its nice to have this break! im not excited for nxt skool yr tho. umm yeah. praktice yesterday was hard kinda. at least we ddnt have to do more 400s after the first set lyk last week. but my legs were dead! the hurt to bad but then eventually got bettr. um thats all for now. try to go on blogger sumtimes and talk about track or ransum stuff, K? so yeah bye! :)

lol, idk y but i capitalized all the "R's" in the title. well good job every in the track meet, i heard it was good. spain was fun while it lasted but the flights sucked lemonsss!they took sOO000000 l0ng! in spain and lyk mexico they have this "siesta" thing that is everyday from lyk 2-4pm(about) and they go home, take a nap and then go back to skool or work. so if we lived there, we woodnt have to go to skool from 2-4.well im not sure about the time,but i no it starts at 2. u kno wats weird.. in spain guys wear capreez. its sooo weird. normally u wood think that just lyk gay guys wood do that, but aloT of guys wear capreez in spain. im kinda used to the time change, lyk im back to normal.(kinda). how long is summR(lol i like that way of spelling summer) again????? i want it to b hekkkaaa longg! its soo weird to think that we r gunna b in 8th grade, and aida's going to b in HS. and kortni can start taking her driving tests next yr. uhh, im soo glad its summr. i wonder wat i got on my report card. ill prob get it this week cuz i wuzzint here for the last day of skool(a.k.a the day we get our report cards) so im prob gunna get mine in the mail. also, i might bring my yearbook to praktice. lol even tho u guys dont go to my skool, u can still sign it. well if i have space. but i prob will cuz i ddnt get to go around trading yr books to sign since i was in spain, but my friend savannah got it for me and got some of it signed. so yahhhh. enjoy ur last days of skool. eat lots of eggs. or good bRakfaast for ur finals(if u have them this week), umm and neveReat soy sause or salt plain! ohh, u know wats weird, i was looking at a spain market for a pickle to bring back for jade(since she had request for me to get her a pickle, even tho she was pRbably joking,)and i COOLDNT find one!!! i dont think in spain that they have pickles, idkk. but yeah, srry jade!. thats all for now. comment aand yeah commenT! omg, i just re-read this and wen u read this can u tell i speak rlly fast??? lol cuz wen i read it, it seems like i was saying it rlly fast or idk nvm, lol. cheerio to U.

Update!

yay!! im on!!! its sooo weird cuz the time difference is 9 hours, im 9 hrs ahead of u. so like i go to bed b4 u even get outta school! its soooo pretty hear!!! the olympics were here in 1992, and so they still have some of the olympic stuff. the flight was sooo longg!!!!! i stopped in switerland(how do u spell that??). the swim meet starts tomarro. things r a little different here, the bathrooms r lyk jails, the dont rlly use hair conditioner here. and ppl stay up and eat out rlly l8! yesterday i went to dinner at lyk 11pm. and tons of ppl were eating at that time. the buildings r alot different. there are many gothhic styles or bulidings, and many tall buildings. my spainish 'A' is paying off! lol. well in barcelona, the main language is "Catailan" whitch is a mix between french and spanish. but speaking in spainish is fine. many ppl speak english(well only a little bit of it)!!!!!! i nvr knew that other countries learn a little bit of english. its so weird, cuz its 10:30 here, and 1;30 where u guys r!!! i hope u guys do good in the track meet. i went on a tour today. The important ppl here r : Gaudi and Galaleo. idk how to spell that. ohh and soccer is prob the main sport her, i dunno. but many ppl seem to like it. ohhh, the street r soo clean! there is like no trash on the streets!!! its crazyyy!! the food is mainly itailian here. pasta, pizza, hamburgers. there are many stores here. no hollister, pac sun or anything lyk that tho :( . there is a hair dyrer in my hotel room and it looks lyk a mini vacum cleaner!!! oh, and the elevators r tini! only lyk 6 ppl at a time scrunched together. i luv this wheather. it hasnt rained yet, it might drizzle tomarro tho. its been lyk 79 degrees and with a slight breeze. srry nyela, i havent seen any cute guy yet. i did see one on my flight to switerland but he ddnt go to spain. omg the airplane was so nice. every1 got their own t.v. and remote. u cood watch movies, t.v shows, play games and everything on the t.v. ohh, and i got a free rubic cube! :) ummmm, idk wat else to say..... Espana! a.k.a SPAIN!!!!!!!!!

(PLZ read the whole post, if u dont wanna, u dont hafta but then ull miss out!)......ahhhhhhhh!!!! im OVER W/ SCHOOL! im lyk an 8TH GRADER... thats soooo weirddd!!! i feel like i was just in 6th! omg! im so excited for SPAIN. im so excited! i need to get out of this place! like yeah i went to arizona and l.a. but not rlly vacation wise. i got about...eeeh, 30 mins of vacation. i dont really wanna praktice with my dad tho. id rather do 3m praktice in spain! lol. wat if our whole team went to spain, or nationals was in spain. or sumthing. tht woosnt make sense tho, cuz that wood mean the United states nationals track meet, isnt in the US. ohh yeah and since im going to spain, i will miss the last week of school...tear...YAY!!!! lol. my friend is gunna get my year book. and im missing this field day-ish(activities day) thing. ok so since im missing the last week of school and i have an S.S test nxt week, i was hekka excited, cuz i wood get excused from it....boy was i wrong! she made me take it earlyy!!!! wtf!(no chloe! not sweaaring. its jasmines phrase...'wat the flip') so i had to take it today!!! but i got 13/15 which is a B+. and that pretty good for S.S tests. im either gunna get a 4.0 or 3.95. idk. so i havent been on blogger in sooo long! Bonjour! Hola, chicas!

hey guysss! its kortni's birthday today... so yeah.ummm HAPPPYYY BIRTTHHDAYYY!!!! spencer came back to praktice yesterday. she runs hekka fast in the warm up. the next meet we have is the 3m meet. however, we some how always do fairly well at the 3m meet. Jade and I worked on tripple jump and i feel lyk im getting better, gladly, but it was kinda frustrating at times. we all learned how to throw a mini javilin today, LOL! but i think Oona beat me at Javilin. there shood b a meet, where we can do lyk shot put, javilin, and the 100m(like the sub bantums do every meet). that wood b fun and relaxing.ummm, kortni do u have star testing? im glad because im pretty sure im going to spain. yay. although, ill prob have to praktice w/ my dad at a track, and i have bad memories prakticing w/ my dad. its just so much harder w/o people with u, pushing u. well since we have star testing, our school schedule has changed. tomarro is CINCO DE MAYO! yay. and so i have a fiesta in spanish. well idk wat else to say. BTW/P.S: have u guys read a book, that u rlly dont reccomend, lyk u thot it wood b good and it was horrible? I HAVE! share with us! i read this book called "Caddy ever after", i really disliked it, the begining was rlly good and then i totally lost interest, so did my friend Kayla. it doesnt make any sense to me!... also, a book called "Rembrant's Daughter", i only thot it wood b good cuz the cover, i read this book also last yr, its about a painters daughter, it is confusing and lyk 3/4s of the way done, i finnally realized that she was saying 'dad' in french! and 'mom' in french! yah, i wood not reccomend those books! peace! ♥

hellooo. um im rlly happy that it is fridayy. yay. its sooo frustratung sumtimess that lyk sub bantums think they r rlly good and none of them made a running final in arizona. and one time, coach p sed that the subs did the best slingshot! it was ridiculous. he was like " the sub bantums did the best on the sling shot, so every1 besides the subs have to do it again" i was sooo mad. he was acting lyk we were cutting ppl off. and he was acting like we were gunna do hekka bad at the meets and the subs were gunna do hekka good. yeahhh....that ddnt happen! so yeah, um i starated to watch "glee". do u guys watch it? its OK so far. idk i have to get used to it. um yeah so wuts up. kortni, do u have recess during school? urgg. i got this wire thing attached to my braces and my mouth hurtss! i kant eat hard foods. but it'll get better evcentually. so do n e of u guys have any crazy homework assignments? im working on an essay for core... thats rlly itt. u? if u had 2 wishes from a geeny(idk how to spell that!), what wood u wish for? wood u save one? but each wish u recieve, a giraffe dies... and u r the president of the usa. so yeahh. if u took a wish, wood ppl think ur greedy? idk.. omggg. practice was easyy!! i hope coach p was telling the truth wen he sed he was on the 10 15 flight a.k.a not mine! well idk if ppl well c this post before or after the arizona meet, but i wish the best of luck. and im kinda nervous right now but i think tomarro for most of the day ill b excited. i liked practice. coach p sed that coach h found a spot to put the tent! yay! we wont b sitting on the ground! tah tah 4 nowww. peaci :) omg (lol...p.s.) here is a quote from the book..

stopwatch

so if u dont already know, i wuz thinking that we shood buy a stopwatch for the coaches, or at least one for them to share. we cood give it to them/him on st.patricks day! stopwatches r lyk 10 $$ lyk 8-20 $$. kinda expensive rite? i ddnt think they were gunna b that expensive, but if u guys still wanna do it tell me. i wood still do it if u guys wood, that means if we just get one then we wood have to pay lyk 2$ but tecnically only 1$ since hes giving us all 1$ monday. i think we shood do it, cuz he pays us and gives us stuff all the time. and lyk the coaches dont even get paid for coaching.... but if u think that 2$ is too much then tell me. if u wood lyk to pay less then we need more ppl. all we have to do i guess is just get one lyk 10$ one or 2 8$ ones, it depends how many ppl we have, lyk if its just 4 ppl then we wood have to pay more and we cood only pay for 1 stopwatch. but if we had more and more ppl lyk some of the midgets then we wood all pay less. tecnically the coaches r paying for the stopwatch since they've all given us money for something b4. i think they wood rlly appreciate the stowatch, even if its only one. plz comment with your thoughts or questions on this post and i will reply ASAP. buy!! ♥

D. Taylor. im on page 49. its kinda lyk fonted lyk twilight, big paes but these words r slightly smaller than twilights words. and its the prequel to the golden award thingy "Roll of thunder Hear, my cry"(also by mildred. d. taylor!! duhh thats y i sed prequel!) and my class had to read roll of thunder as a class, i think the land is pretty good! but yeah..ummm l8r 2day im sleeping over at my friends house...YAY!

we have nooo hard track pracktices until monday....YEAY!!!!!! but today we r doing 200s and me and jade are doing tripple jump. i have to say tho, u guys acted lyk tripple jump is sooo easy, but its not! jade tried it her first time and she felt my pain wen i first started, so i want u guys to learn how to do tripple jump. its confusing sometimes and harder in the meets, sometimes. sooooo, i want to c u guys attempt to do tripple jump somewhere, no not at praktice, i dont want u embarrsed!!!! soooo...
